Three Lake Houston area schools ranked in the Top 25 for the Lone Star Cup
in the state of Texas from 1A to 6A.The Lone Star Cup is based on a school’s performance in district and state championships. The winning school in each of its respective classifications will receive the Lone Star Cup trophy and a $1,000 scholarship.

In Class 4A, Huffman Hargrave was in a four-way tie for 25th place with a score of 42 points with Canton, Kennedale and Paris. Argyle is ranked the first team in 4A followed by Celina , Canyon , Boerne and Melissa to round out the Top 5.
