Three of the doctors are from the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Fifteen Texas doctors have agreed to settle False Claims Act allegations and pay more than $2.8 million in fines., involve illegal kickbacks in violation of the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law. The Anti-Kickback Statute prohibits offering, paying, soliciting or receiving money to induce referrals of items or services covered by Medicare, Medicaid and other federally funded programs.
