San Antonio police investigate the scene where a man died following a medical episode Tuesday night at Milam Park downtown.Fiesta revelers leaving Market Square downtown Tuesday night found a man dead at Milam Park.
The man, 48, was discovered on the ground about 11 p.m. in the 500 block of West Commerce Street, San Antonio police said.One of the people who found the man alerted a traffic officer for help. Emergency medical personnel attempted to revive the man, but he was pronounced dead. Investigators said there were no signs of trauma on the man’s body and that he died of a medical condition.
