The startup offers an array of services, including workplace education, employee advice, funding reimbursement administration, and consultancy services. Fertifa said it has processed over £1.5 million worth of employer-funded employee reimbursements for fertility treatments in the last year, working with companies like Lululemon, Meta, and Bain Capital. The startup operates as a SaaS platform for corporate clients and charges a 5% fee on transaction volumes.
