Brian Laundrie wrote in a notebook found near his body that he was responsible for the death of his fiance, Gabby Petito, the FBI said.
A notebook found near Laundrie’s remains contained “written statements” by Laundrie claiming responsibility for Petito’s death, the FBI revealed for the first time Friday.
The agency said it met with Petito’s family before the announcement, and the investigation into Petito’s death is drawing to a close.in a statement Friday, saying the investigation “ no doubt Brian killed Gabby.”
