The FBI arrested a man who they said was in possession of explosives in a suburban Fort Worth neighborhood.

Police evacuated hisTrained officers got rid of it and allowed people back into their homes.59-year-old David Devaney, Sr. and 36-year-old David Devany, Jr.

were found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. They are also charged with capital murder in a shooting that killed an innocent 64-year-old woman in Burleson.He is being held in the Johnson County jail.
