Los Gatos’ luxury car dealership is gearing up for a major upgrade that would build more showrooms to attract even more luxury car makes.
Luxury Cars Los Gatos, which features makes like Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin and Rolls Royce, unveiled its renovation plan at the July 12 planning commission meeting. The plans call for the 8,584-square-foot showroom on Blossom Hill Road to be bulldozed and replaced by a 6,395-square-foot service center and a 6,103-square-foot showroom.“We have two new brands that want to come to Los Gatos and be part of this dealership.
While the project would need a final stamp of approval from the town council, the planning commission voted unanimously in favor of the design. Commissioners said the plan would fit the small-town feel of Los Gatos.by Sand Hill Property, acting through an affiliate, for $13.2 million. The group also purchased the nearby Acura dealership at 16151 Los Gatos Boulevard for $11.3 million.
