This erotic psychological thriller is written and directed by Christopher Fox. “Meet Neal. He’s lonely, gets bullied at work, and is unlucky in love,” reads the official synopsis. “At the suggestion of a co-worker, he decides to go to a massage parlor, and in the process, his life changes in ways he never would have imagined.”RUB will debut on Cable VOD and Digital HD, including iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, Comcast, and Verizon, on August 1, 2023.
The movie stars Micah Spyer and Jennifer Figuereo. Fox’s Stupid Ears Films produced the film in conjunction with Cellar Door Films, and Charlie Comparetto and Antoine Allen served as executive producers.Jonathan Sim is a film critic and filmmaker born and raised in New York City. He is an avid fan of Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pixar, DC, and nearly every new movie. In his free time, he does magic tricks and works on short films.
