Rollins was arrested Friday in Augusta and is expected to be transferred to Columbia County on charges of attempted child molestation.
Rollins was released on bond May 8 with no ankle monitor while awaiting trial on eight counts of child molestation in Richmond County.
The footlicking incident allegedly occurred on Jan. 14 at the Urban Air Adventure Park in Augusta,where a 7-year-old boy was spending time with a friend and the friend’s mother, according to an affidavit. Rollins then allegedly asked the boy “to remove his socks and eventually licked both of the victim’s feet,” the document stated.
