A former Cleveland teacher, who served a recent prison term for sending sexually explicit messages to a federal agent posing as a minor, is now accused of molesting a 12-year-old student in 2019.
, who taught music at Our Lady of Angels Catholic School in the city’s Kamm’s neighborhood, was arrested Monday and charged in Cleveland Municipal Court with gross sexual imposition.
The incident happened during Kinat’s music class the fall of 2019 while he still taught at the school, court records said.for sending explicit social media messages to an undercover FBI agent posing as a 15-year-old girl, including telling the agent he wanted to teach her various sex acts.
