Combine the fresh cauliflower rice with grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese, 2 large eggs and a bit of salt in a large bowl before spreading the mixture out into one large and a few individual crusts on a sheet pan and baking.
After 20 minutes in the oven, the crust is ready for your favorite toppings. Pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella are classic but only the start.
