Houston police investigate a shooting that happened during a hit-and-run incident in southwest Houston on March 14, 2022.A man suspected of causing a multi-car crash was shot Monday night after he fled from the incident in southwest Houston, police said.The man — driving a Ford Explorer — rear-ended a gray Nissan Sentra around 9:48 p.m. near South Sam Houston Parkway and Main Street, police said. The Sentra hit the vehicle in front of it.
When the man tried to leave, men from the Nissan chased him about a half block away and shot at his car before they fled, police said. The man was struck in the shoulder.'Good Samaritan' Dallas-area MMA fighters detain shooting suspect at RA Sushi Bar, Houston police say A witness at the scene recorded the incident on their cellphone and police are currently attempting to locate the suspects from the Nissan, police said.
