Gerald J. White, 37, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident that caused death and serious bodily injuries, two counts of assault by auto, two counts of death by auto, and fleeing the scene of a crash, charging documents obtained by NJ Advance Media show. One of the victims of the second crash was Lindsay Weakland, of Carlisle, Pa., who was one of two pedestrians White is accused of striking. Also killed was Timothy Ogden, a passenger in a car White is accused of hitting.
