A North Carolina man has been sentenced in Franklin County to nearly a decade behind bars for his role in a doorbell camera scheme that targeted more than 160 people with bogus credit card charges.

Brandon McGrew, of North Carolina pleaded guilty to 13 counts in connection with a doorbell fraud scheme.
