Veteran MLA Don Morgan is among four Saskatchewan Party members who will not be seeking reelection in 2024, Premier Scott Moe said on Friday.
The decision to not run again was made “with some sadness,” he said Friday in a statement.I think the voters should have an opportunity for a fresh face.”
Under premiers Brad Wall and Scott Moe, Morgan has served in a variety of capacities, including deputy premier, attorney general, justice minister, labour relations and workplace safety minister, advanced education minister and education minister. I am hopeful that the next minister will work closely with our Federation to make meaningful progress for working people.”
