Solano County Sheriff's Department announced an arrest in a cold-case homicide from August 1980. On Friday, deputies booked a suspect into the county jail for the killing of a young New Jersey woman in unincorporated Dixon.
Herman Lee Hobbs was booked into Solano County Jail on Friday for a homicide committed 42 years ago, officials say.
