One of the most highly-anticipated films in Phase 5 is Deadpool 3, with Ryan Reynolds finally joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe after Marvel Studios got the X-Men movie rights back.
While filming may have stopped for the time being, the Deadpool fandom is still keeping themselves entertained, especially after Marvel Studios debuted a first look at Jackman in the Wolverine costume. One of them who is helping with that is @OGZeet, a film poster artist, who put together what is perhaps one of the best Deadpool 3 fan art thus far.
One of the memes that took the Internet by storm was the "distracted boyfriend", which seemingly shows a man turning around and away from his partner to look at another woman, annoying his girlfriend. In this case, "the distracted boyfriend" ends up being Deadpool himself, as he turns away from Vanessa while checking out Wolverine.
One of the bigger surprises for Deadpool 3 was the announcement of Jennifer Garner, who will be reprising the role of Elektra from Ben Affleck's Daredevil movie, which came out in 2003. Garner - who also got her own Elektra spinoff film - popping up in Deadpool 3 has fueled the rumors that Affleck's Daredevil will also show up in some capacity even further.
The bigger mystery about Deadpool 3 is how they are actually planning to integrate Wade - and supposedly some of his supporting cast - into the world of the MCU. Knowing how Deadpool loves to break the fourth wall, whatever method they choose to go with, it's bound to be hilarious. Hopefully, once Deadpool 3 gets to resume production and wrap things up, it won't be long until a trailer is released.
