Police were called to an apartment building in the 100 block of Union Street just before 2 p.m. on a report of a distraught man with a gun.
Police were called to the first block of South Union Street in Middletown just before 2 p.m. Saturday for a man in crisis and possibly suicidal with a gun.
Officers located a distraught man in his 50s in the hallway of an apartment building, threatening to hurt himself. Officers talked to him and asked for help from neighboring police agencies and the county’s crisis response team.
