The purported move comes after Noth has denied allegations of sexual assault from multiple women following his appearance in the premiere episode of the "Sex and the City" sequel series.Confirming reports Big would have made a cameo in the upcoming"And Just Like That" season finale, Cynthia Nixon praised the show for editing it out in light of the sexual assault allegations levied against actor Chris Noth.
"I think we were very lucky that those changes were able to be made and I think we are very proud of our show," she said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
