Couple shot in gas station parking lot during sale of Air Jordan sneakers, sheriff's office says
Harris County sheriff's deputies arrived at 9:31 p.m. at the parking lot at 13200 Garrett and found a man and woman wounded in a vehicle near a ditch, Investigator S. Torres said at a staging area after the shooting.
The Harris County Sheriff's Department is investigating after a couple was shot Friday night in a gas station parking lot during the sale of Air Jordan sneakers.The couple told deputies they had met the suspect to discuss the sale of the Air Jordan sneakers. During the transaction, the suspect opened fire, striking the man once in the chest and leg and the woman once in the chest, Torres said.There's no"affirmative description of the suspect" at this time, Torres said.
