One of the kids was 'forcibly' given a shoulder tattoo and the other a foot tattoo.
A couple was arrested after “forcibly” tattooing their children and then trying to remove them once CPS became aware of the situation, Lt. James Denby of the Zavalla Police Department in Angelina County, Texas confirmed.
CPS contacted the police on April 17 and informed them there were parents who tattooed their kids and that CPS would require assistance from Angelina County authorities at the residence where the incident happened, Denby also said,Denby also confirmed that the children’s mother Megan Farr, 27, and step-father Gunner Farr, 23, had forcibly restrained the children to give them homemade tattoos. The investigation also revealed that the parents tried to remove their kids’ tattoos.
Gunner and Megan are facing injury to a child and unlawful restraint charges. The investigation is still underway.
