Tears stained children’s red cheeks and sniffles echoed through the auditorium’s hallowed walls as memories were shared. The words of comfort from pastors were translated into Spanish throughout the vigil by The Cross Church’s Spanish ministry and community outreach pastor Derek Smits.Parents wrapped their arms around their children as they stood to worship through cries.
