The 71-year-old's cause and manner of death are still under investigation.
Richard Flickinger was found unresponsive around 7:45 p.m. Saturday in the pool at his home on the 3100 block of Grandview Road, Coroner Pamela Gay said.
Gay said emergency responders tried to resuscitate Flickinger, but he was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:20 p.m. An autopsy was completed Tuesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.
