The suspect has not been arrested, but reports say a direct indictment is pending,

The Browns said the field was damaged early on the morning of Nov. 22. Police said someone broke into the stadium and used a golf cart to make wide, spiraling ruts across a large section of the field.

The damage resulted in the stadium’s grounds crew working to make repairs before last Sunday’s victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The damage was still visible during the television broadcast of the game, but it did not cause any serious issues for players.
