After the Supreme Court struck down the highly prejudicial and dubious practice of judging people by the color of their skin alongside the content of their character and academic achievements, the Chronicle had two choices for their headline: a) “Historic ruling is seen as a blow to diversity” or b) “Historic ruling ends reverse discrimination.
