The Newport Beach restaurant chain has a bowl named after Christian Pulisic, who scored the winning goal against Iran.
Pulisic and team member Weston McKennie are part of what Chipotle called an initiative to support the team. Both are featured in commercials and have “go-to training meals” on the Newport Beach-based chain’s online menu, according to a news release.McKennie’s bowl includes double chicken, white rice, extra tomatillo-red salsa, extra sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole.
Chipotle is offering customers free delivery on match day, Nov. 29, for orders above $10, excluding tax, and less than $200 with the code USMNT22, the news release said.
