Shaun Dougherty, a survivor of clergy sex abuse and long-time victims advocate, was on hand once again at the state Capitol on Monday to witness the House passage of the latest effort to pass window legislation. He was confident that the House would pass it. At that time, survivors of childhood sexual abuse had up to age 30 to file a civil lawsuit against their abuser.
