The Sky’s losing streak started against the Sparks on June 9 in Los Angeles. The teams play each other again Friday night at Wintrust.Marina Mabrey added 13 points and Dana Evans had 11 for the Sky . Williams made three of the Sky’s nine 3-pointers and also grabbed nine rebounds. Williams scored 10 points in the first half to help the Sky build a 46-37 lead. Mabrey sealed it on a 3-pointer with 2:01 remaining in the fourth quarter for a 77-61 lead.Nneka Ogwumike had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Sparks , who were just 22 of 63 from the field with 16 turnovers. Jordin Canada added 13 points, and Chiney Ogwumike and Karlie Samuelson each scored 11.Advertisement
