An East Garfield Park shooting left a man shot and killed in the 3100 block of West Madison Street, the Chicago Police Department said.
A 28-year-old man died after he was shot late Thursday in East Garfield Park on the West Side.
He was outside his vehicle about 11:50 p.m. in the 3100 block of West Madison Street when two people approached him and one of them fired a handgun, Chicago police said.The man was shot in the chest and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he died, police said.
