A dog owner in Chicago has faced backlash after posting a TikTok video of her dog with newly dyed red-and-green fur — resembling the Grinch ahead of Christmas 2022.
The dog's owner, Ashley Spielmann, posted a video of her miniature schnauzer Rizzo's new look onto TikTok where it garnered 10 million views.from Dr. Seuss'"How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
"Schnauzers tend to have grumpy-looking faces anyway, so I thought he would be the perfect Grinch," Spielmann said, according to SWNS Media Group.In order to be transformed into the Grinch, Rizzo was dyed with animal-friendly dye, as instructed by the dog's owner."I was so excited when I saw him coming out of the groomer's [place].
