Chicago-based builder William Ryan Homes will build homes from the $300,000s to the $600,000s in North Texas communities.A Chicago-based homebuilder that left Dallas-Fort Worth in 2009 has relaunched operations in the area and started home sales again.put 1,500 lots under contract in nine communities across North Texas since 2021 and is now selling homes in The Preserve at Pecan Creek in Denton, West Crossing in Anna, Creekside in Royse City and Devonshire in Forney, the company said Thursday.
“If you’re a homebuilder, you want to be in Dallas-Fort Worth,” said D-FW division manager Scott Dettmer, who joined the company in 2022 and previously worked for David Weekley Homes in Dallas-Fort Worth. “There is a nice blend of developers, product types and locations.”
