Ottolenghi is known to foodies for both his restaurants and his award-winning cookbooks beginning with “Ottolenghi” in 2008 and including “Plenty,” “Jerusalem,” “Sweet,” “NOPI, the Cookbook,” and “Ottolenghi Flavour.” His cookbooks, which explore the foods and flavors of the Middle East with an emphasis on vegetables, have won James Beard Awards.
