A Lancaster County man found guilty of repeatedly sexually assaulting a minor will spend the next 5–10 years in prison, a judge ruled Monday. Moises Gomez, 48, of Lancaster, declined a plea deal and decided to “roll the dice” on a jury trial, during which he was found guilty of all the charges against him — aggravated indecent assault of a minor, and three other offenses, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
