A Shippensburg man died Monday after hitting a dump truck head-on in Franklin County, according to state police.
A 69-year-old man died in a head-on crash with a dump truck on Monday, Pennsylvania State Police say.n Southampton Township, Franklin County, according to a state police report.
Police say Ernest Bowens, of Shippensburg, crossed over the center line and hit the dump truck head-on in the northbound lanes, causing his car to catch on fire.
