The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a Senior Alert Thursday for a missing 68-year-old with psychological and cognitive disabilities.
Senior Alert: James Swan is 68, 5’10” and 160lbs. w/ blond hair, blue eyes. Last seen in the 400 block of Uvaldi in Aurora at 4pm Aug. 23, wearing jeans and a brown sweatshirt.
