Controversial conservative commentator Candace Owens will give the keynote speech at the annual benefit dinner for Faulkner University in Montgomery.
Owens, who most recently was retweeted by the Russian embassy in the United States as part of a Russian disinformation campaign, also claimed the 2020 presidential election was rigged and appeared to defend Adolf Hitler’s domestic policies in 2019.
Prices to the Oct. 6 dinner start at $150 for a single general admission ticket and top out at $40,000 for the “underwriter” sponsorship level, which includes 16 premium-level tickets and a photo pass for four people in one picture taken at the event.is the founder of the Blexit organization, which encourages Black people to leave the Democratic Party and become registered members of the Republican Party.
