Rep. Burgess Owens is skipping meeting with Democrats in the Utah Legislature on Tuesday. He is scheduled to meet with House and Senate Republicans as well as Gov. Spencer Cox.

It used to be that they would speak on the House and Senate floors, then answer a few questions.
That changed several years ago as floor time was nixed in favor of spending time with individual caucuses to answer questions and discuss issues. On Tuesday, Rep. Burgess Owens is visiting the Utah Capitol, but he is skipping a meeting with House and Senate Democrats. Instead, he’s only meeting with the House and Senate Republicans and Gov.
