John Buggs III hits buzzer-beater to lift UTSA to first Conference USA win

Jacob Germany led UTSA with 23 points on 9-of-14 shooting with 11 rebounds, while Medor netted 19 points. The Roadrunners had dropped seven of their past nine games entering Thursday, including the first three C-USA matchups of the year.
