BoschLegacy premieres on Freevee this Friday, but the streaming service has already renewed it for season 2!
Bosch: Legacy has officially been renewed ahead of the premiere of its first season. The Freevee series serves as a spinoff to the long-running Amazon crime show Bosch, which is based on the books written by Michael Connelly. Developed by Eric Overmyer, the original show followed homicide detective Harry Bosch as he investigates a series of murders across LA.
Now, according to TVLine, Bosch: Legacy has already received an order for a season 2, even before this Friday's premiere. News of the renewal was announced during Amazon Freevee’s NewFronts event, during which the documentary series Top Class: The Life and Times of the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers also received an order for a third and fourth season. A number of new shows including Play-Doh Squished and Beyond Black Beauty were also announced.
