Christian parents are suing the state of Minnesota over an amendment to a state dual-enrollment program that shuts out religious universities from eligibility.

Mark and Melina Loe are alleging a violation of their religious freedom over Minnesota's recent amendment to its PSEO program.last month along party lines, with only one Republican in the state Senate supporting it. It was signed by Democrat Gov. Tim Walz on the same day the suit was filed and goes into effect on July 1.alleging violations of the First Amendment
