BlackRock is spending 'a huge amount of time' on AI, CEO Larry Fink says
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink said the firm is spending a lot of time analyzing artificial intelligence.A BlackRock team called AI Labs that works on natural language processing and other areas.opportunities as its experts aim to sieze on AI to boost productivity, Chief Executive Larry Fink said at an industry conference on Wednesday.
"Obviously, the market is bulled up on AI right now," Fink said during the conference held by Deutsche Bank. "We're spending a huge amount of time on it right now, and what it's going to do, and how we're going to reshape the firm," he said."We spend a lot of time with different technologists who know a lot more about this than I do. They believe things like it will increase productivity by 30%."
