The Grammy winner showed off her fit figure in a see-through lace dress by Simone Rocha for this year’s fashion fundraiser.
She paired her princess-like tulle dress with 30-plus pieces of Cartier jewelry — the most anyone has ever worn in one sitting, as the brand shared at the time., the Grammy winner said low self-esteem played a part in her fashion choices over the years.
“Big dresses were my favorite thing when I was a kid,” she said in the clip while preparing for the 2021 event. “I had so many dresses. I would wear a dress every single day. It’s really body image that tore that s—t down. Why do you think I’ve been dressing the way I have for years?”
