The billboards ask people to come forward with information on the disappearance of Bryanna Cooper-Rosendo, 36, a Wilkes-Barre native.
Family of a Luzerne County woman missing since May 2021 has received help from a nonprofit group for a local billboard campaign to raise awareness for her case.who became transient in her adult life following battles with substance abuse.“You see people go missing. When Cooper-Rosendo was using drugs, she often resorted to prostitution to pay for them, MacBeth said.. The release noted Cooper-Rosendo “was known to frequent South Wilkes-Barre and area hotels prior to her disappearance.”Wilkes-Barre police say the case remains under investigation and they are asking the public to come forward with information.
The billboards said Cooper-Rosendo “could be in danger” and asked people with information to call Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS. “She’s either being trafficked or was killed. If it was an overdose or something, I think we would have found a body by now,” MacBeth said.
