President Biden this week urged Senate candidates Herschel Walker and Dr. Mehmet Oz to leave their positions on the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition or face removal.
Both Oz and Walker were sent letters on March 23, 2022 telling them to resign from their positions on the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition.Twitter / @DrOz
The letter, which bore Wednesday’s date, was addressed to Oz and signed by Gautam Raghaven, assistant to the President.
