The Grammy winner appears laid-back and casual, with seemingly no makeup on, wearing a white romper with a plunging V-neckline and billowing bishop sleeves. The picture captures her holding a strand of her honey-brown curls and a thin curling wand.
Included in the same post is a photo of Beyoncé as a little girl sitting in a salon chair while getting her hair done. “How many of ya’ll knew my first job was sweeping hair in my mama’s salon?” the singer asked in a handwritten note at the end of the post. “Destiny’s Child got our start by performing for clients while they were getting their hair done. I was exposed to so many different kinds of entrepreneurial women in her salon. I saw firsthand how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls. I watched her heal and be of service to so many women.
