According to witnesses, there were two men and two women connected with the vehicle of interest.

VIDEO: Authorities searching for vehicle, persons of interest in Nakia Creek FireCLARK COUNTY, Wash. — A fire burning near the Oregon border, forcing thousands to evacuate, has now been determined to be human-caused., burning about nine miles northeast of Camas, was first reported on the afternoon of Sunday, Oct. 9.

It has burned approximately 1,796 acres and is 5% contained as of Tuesday morning, according to the Washington State Department of Natural Resources.
