U.S. marshals said officers picked up Dacarrei Kinard, 30, on a warrant at his mother’s home in Columbus. Kinard is accused of shooting at George Jensen, 40, of Akron during rush hour on May 17. The shooting took place near Ohio 21 in Norton.
Investigators said the driver of a black Camaro opened fire as the two cars drove on the interstate. Jensen’s car ended up crashing into the median. The Camaro continued driving east on I-76.
