Catt Phan was attending a Halsey concert with her friend when a group of people of bumped into them.
An Orange County woman told CBS News Los Angeles Reporter Rina Nakano that she was the victim of hate-filled speech at a concert.
"I hear her say, ' these Asian . Don't let them ruin our night. They don't belong here anyway,'" Phan said. "I don't think it's acceptable that we have to be shot at," Phan said."l be pushed disrespected and what do I have to be dead for anyone to care?"
