A man responsible for the disappearance of two Dallas Zoo emperor tamarin monkeys was arrested after a tip he was at the Dallas World Aquarium, police said Friday.
Officers responded to the scene and police say they saw Irvin get onto a DART rail. He was later spotted on Pacific Avenue downtown taken to Dallas police headquarters for questioning, DPD said. The monkeys were found Tuesday night after police received a tip that they were in an abandoned home in Lancaster.
