Feinberg won the men’s epee national championship, downing both the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds in the process. His title marks the fifth men’s epee NCAA crown in program history and the third straight when Ohio State has competed at the national site. As a team, the Buckeyes finished No. 5, continuing an impressive streak of dominance as Ohio State has finished in the top six every year it's competed since 2002.Ohio State claimed its third national title in a span of two weeks this weekend courtesy of the most dominant team in the athletic program.
The Buckeye synchronized swimming team notched yet another national title on Sunday, marking its 33rd national title since 1977. Ohio State dominated the event, winning the team title as well as claiming titles in the solo, duet, and trio categories. To put the synchro team's dominance in context, the team wins national championships at a better rate than the football team does games . Granted, there is not much competition in the sport, the Buckeyes are still remarkably consistent and dominant.
